The Director of Communication & Brand Ambassador serves as TSDN's chief communicator, managing the organization's brand identity and public relations. This role develops and implements comprehensive communication strategies to promote transport safety awareness and TSDN's mission across multiple channels. The director partners with media, schools, and community organizations to instill a culture of safety and organizes public education campaigns to reduce road crashes, including the annual World Day of Remembrance for Road Crash Victims.

As Director of Communication & Brand Ambassador, this role is integral to TSDN's mission to promote safe, sustainable, inclusive, and profitable transport across Kenya and the East African region. The director works collaboratively with stakeholders across government, private sector, civil society, and international partners to achieve lasting impact in communications.
